Thriving Through Grief
This is an in person (downtown Santa Barbara) therapy group to process the challenges + changes that come with grief + loss. We meet every week on Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Join an intimate group of 5-7 participants who are also journeying through grief + loss together
This group is for you if you are:
Mourning the loss of a person, pet, diagnosis, season or situation that is grief filled and challenging
Wanting a space to process your feelings, honor the hurt you are holding and heal in community
Craving connection and a space to vocalize and be seen in your sorrow, and seeking support the highs and lows of grief
Needing supportive tools and a therapeutic perspective on the profound grief you are holding and wading through
Desiring community and commonality, as many people in your life don’t understand the magnitude, despite wanting to hold empathy and space
