Join an intimate group of 5-7 participants who are also journeying through grief + loss.
We meet weekly every Wednesday.
What it is: this group provides a complementary component of psychoeducation - a therapeutic lens and resources rooted in psychology and mental health. Because the group is led by a therapist there is an advanced level of training on grief and mental health challenges that arise with wading through grief.
Groups consist of 5-7 participants and previous group members have shared that it is a beautiful pairing of therapeutic support in addition to individual therapy or is a fantastic alternative as a cheaper and more affordable option.
While our culture has yet to catch up with holding space for grief, this group has become a hallmark anchor of support for many individuals who once felt alone in their grief process, only to discover that the common language of grief is spoken by others and is welcome in all the layers and flavors it presents.
Join us, we are here for you through the thorns and roses of living and subsequently, thriving and growing through grief.
This group is for you if you are:
Mourning the loss of a person, pet, diagnosis, season or situation that is grief filled and challenging
Wanting a space to process your feelings, honor the hurt you are holding and heal
Craving connection and a space to vocalize and be seen in your sorrow, and seeking support the highs and lows of grief
Needing supportive tools and a therapeutic perspective on the profound grief you are holidng and wading through
Desiring community and commonality, as many people in your life don’t understand the magnitude, despite wanting to hold empathy and space
Our next round: begins in November. We ask participants to commit to coming weekly for two months - this helps create cohesion, depth and emotional safety as people journey and share. Please fill out your availability below so we can orchestrate our upcoming group!
